Energia Return Policy

At Energia, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. We will gladly attempt to remedy any concern you may have with a replacement item of similar value or offering you a refund.

  • Please notify us within 30-days of purchase via phone or email.
  • To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team with an authorized return number.
  • Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser.
         · Only products purchased at will be eligible for a refund. Purchases made on other sites will follow the return policy set forth by those websites (it’s at their discretion).
        · Proof of purchase or order details such as order number and date may be required.
  • Additional shipping fees may not be refundable.

Any refund requests outside of this policy will be handled at the discretion of our Customer Service Team.
